Local and dynamic, Naphtali’s sees food as a means of preserving current life experiences and perspectives into a nurturing memory. Our catering company specializes in personal and elevated food, drawing from different traditions. With a focus on community, Naphtali's deals with resource management in culinary education as well as active consultations for responsible and creative menus.
Shimron Tubman, Owner and Head Chef of Naphtali’s has a background in Mediterranean Forward food systems and domestic economy. Through this lens, he is intimately aware of responsible practices.
