Shimron is formally and instinctively trained as a chef and uses high quality foods. His homemade bread is one of the best breads ever! My wife and I used Naphtali’s for a neighborhood gathering of friends and families. Chef Shimron met with us to go over the vibe we wanted, the space we have and his ideas to help us decide what foods, dishes, breads, desserts, plating and cutlery we needed. He has many options for his delicious homemade foods and creative ways for beautiful displays and practical or formal serving. Ours being a backyard, afternoon party, we decided on a charcuterie table with a fabulous assortment of cheeses, meats, olives, breads, fruits and nuts. Chef Shimron is helpful and personable, even assisting best ways to accommodate patio furniture, tables, chairs and food placement and does the complete take down with recycle and compost options. We look forward to more parties and foods from Naphtali’s.
